Pneumatic packers - Efficient and reliable filling of floury, powdery and gritty products, just as starch, flour, baking ingredients, soybean products, proteins, sugar, etc.

Advantages of the pneumatic packer:

Impeller packers – reduced-air filling of fine powders just as cocoa, baking ingredients, corn starch or wheat flour. Depending on product properties, available with horizontal or vertical impeller.

Auger packers – compact filling of flaky, bridging and gritty products just as fruit powders, food additives, etc.

Gravity packers – the allround packer for free-flowing granulated, grainy and lumpy products just as frozen foods, citric acid, cereals, etc.

Advantages of the gravity packer:

  • capacity up to 220 bags / h for a single spout with the gross system

Rotopackers – functional, fast, economical and convincing, equipped in 3 to 10 filling spouts working on the basis of impeller or pneumatic system.

Automation of existing application – the best way to improve capacity and economy of the ongoing process.

Behn + Bates devices very easily can be upgraded for automatic bags applicators: Frontline in the case of linear machines, Radimat for rotopackers, as well as in the ultrasonic sealing device. We advise both solutions, the first allows for continuous, reliable performance, and improvements in the economic process, the ultrasonic closing station provides tight closure of the bag, which ensures clean space in the packing room, a better storage and eliminates the dump of the product and a waste of money.

Packing machines for open-mouth bags

Optimum product protection and improved storage, high advertising impact, flexible filling volumes or simple opening and re-closing of the used bags - all these are convincing features of the open-mouth bag. However, the filling of powder requires very special sensitivity as powder can be dusty. Only the well balanced combination of low-air filling, a dust-tight filling spout and efficient de-aeration provides optimum filling results.

The packing system BOH - indispensable for small batches of different products. Economical and easy to use, manual packing machine for filling prefabricated open mouth bags made of paper, PE or PP.

    The TOPLINE has been especially developed for powdery products, just as flour, starch, baking ingredients, yeast, etc. as well as pet food.

    All necessary steps from the filling up to the closing of the open-mouth bags take place in the compact cabinet of the TOPLINE.

    The Orbis is a rotating deployment of Topline system, idea behind this solution was to achieve maximum performance while maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and accuracy of the packaging.
