Carl Haver and Eduard Boecker found the company in Hohenlimburg, Germany.
- Mechanisation of the weaving looms
- 1897 the company moves to Oelde in Westphalia (15 employees)
- New start and expansion of the product range to include wire eyelets for bag closures for the cement industry
1913 - 1924
Export starts and expands after first overseas contact.
- Acquires license to build weaving looms, packing machines, screening machines
- THE MACHINE ENGINEERING DIVISION becomes the 2nd major business unit
- 1925 the first packing machine is produced
1926 - 1962
- The first NIAGARA screening machine is built in 1930
- Plant II wire weaving goes into operation
- Manufacture of the world's finest wire cloth: 540 mesh with 45,000 openings per cm2
- The first HAVER ROTO PACKER in 1960
